Inside, the line was all the way to the entrance door. they had one guy greeting/triaging cars driving in (eating here or driving-through), moving traffic cones accordingly, and they had an employee out at each drive-through lane. We got there during the lunch rush on a holiday Monday, the drive-through was slammed. So we drove in from Yakima, hadn't been to a Chick-fil-A in a couple years but have been to many in several states. All the employees we have interacted with in the past have been friendly and professional and helpful. We have always enjoyed going here and sit outside in good weather with our little dog. The owner is a lovely, friendly lady who, I believe,truly cares about good customer service. Within 5 minutes she solved the entire issue and more importantly got enough info to know which manager (not very bright) and assistant ( who was rude and arrogant) they were. When the owner got back into town, after a sick family member visit One person advised me that he was certain our friend had both orders in her car and only paid for one and lied to us 😡😡🤬🤬. Last week we had major issues with the food order and worst customer service ever. The two times there was a very minor problem, it was corrected immediately.

We have enjoyed their salads, sandwiches and milk shakes (peach is the best) since they opened in Bellevue a few years ago. We did mobile order pick up with a friend who never had Chick Fil A.
